Our Shopmobility office is on Level 11 and is easy to get to
The best places to park are:
Blue (Cavell) Level 5 and 7
Red (Royce) Levels 5 and 11
Green (Clare) Levels 5 and 11
There are spaces for blue badge holders and lift access on all of these levels. We'd recommend avoiding parking in Yellow (Perkins) as you'll need to use a footbridge to get to Queensgate.
Shopmobility - Arriving by taxi
Most local taxi companies will park and accompany you to the Shopmobility office. Just ask for help when you book your taxi.

BY BUS
At Queensgate, we're really handy for the bus. In fact, the bus station is right at the heart of the centre. Just take the lift or escalator straight up to the shops. The local public transport information line has all the information you could need about services to and from Peterborough. Just call 0870 608 2608.
Shopmobility - Arriving by bus
Peterborough's main bus station is between our car parks and the shopping centre itself. To get to our Shopmobility office from the bus station, take the escalators or lift up in to the centre, then take one of the car park lifts to Level 11. Because this involves a short walk, please call our office and we'll arrange to meet you at the bus station.
BY TRAIN
National Express East Coast
National Express East Coast provides regular high speed inter-city train services along the East Coast Main Line between London, Peterborough, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.
First Capital Connect
First Capital Connect provides a slower and cheaper service between Peterborough and London.
There’s a semi-fast service every hour stopping at Huntingdon, St. Neots, Sandy, Biggleswade, Hitchin, Stevenage, and Finsbury Park to London with an average journey time of 73 minutes.
There is also a slower service every hour with extra stops at Knebworth, Welwyn North, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Potters Bar with an average journey time of 87 minutes.
East Midlands Trains
East Midland Trains provide cross country services between:
Liverpool - Manchester - Sheffield - Nottingham - Grantham - Peterborough - March - Ely - Cambridge or
Norwich - Peterborough - Spalding - Sleaford - Lincoln - Doncaster
Cross Country Trains
Cross Country Trains provide the service between:
Birmingham - Nuneaton - Leicester - Melton Mowbray - Oakham - Stamford - Peterborough - March - Ely - Cambridge - Stansted Airport
Where are we
Queensgate is just two minutes walk over the footbridge to Peterborough station, where there are connections to most of the local surrounding towns including Stamford, Oakham, Huntingdon.

Do your body a favour and walk or cycle to Queensgate. Add the tranquil banks of the River Nene or the city centre 'Green Wheel' to your journey - and make your shopping trip an altogether healthier alternative.
