Getting there

Arrive by car Whether driving from West Wales, the valleys or from the east (Bristol, Reading, Swindon etc) the simplest route from the M4 motorway is as follows:- Leave the M4 at Junction 32 signposted Cardiff North. Join the A470 and follow the signs to Cardiff and city centre. Please see location map for car parks in City Centre. In addition to these there are hundreds of metered street parking around civic buildings in particular. Collection of Large/Bulk items There is loading area/Argos pick up point situated on Queens Arcade Roof where bulk items can be collected. This can be accessed from Barrack Lane, just off Bridge Street (where entrance to TGI Friday's is located). Approach the St David's barrier, using intercom request access to Queens Arcade, once through barrier travel up the ramp straight ahead. At the end of the road turn left and travel forward in the direction of the large letter H on the wall in front of you, at this point turn right up another ramp and you have arrived at the loading area. Arrive by rail Cardiff Central Rail Station (approximately 10 minutes walk from the Centre) is served by First Great Western covering South Wales, South West England and destinations to London Paddington including Newport, Bristol, Swindon and Reading. Wales and West trains connect Cardiff with destinations in South Wales, South and West England and stations to Manchester and Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham. Cardiff’s second rail station, Queen Street Station, is close to the eastern end of Queen Street and serves the Valley communities of South Wales. Queen Street Station is approximately 8 minutes walk from the Centre.
